Associate in Applied Science in Electronics Technology, Virginia Highlands Community College, Abingdon, VA. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology, Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA. Master of Science in Industrial Engineering, University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN.

Keith has over 20 years of industry experience in manufacturing, electronic engineering and product development. He joined the Manufacturing Technology Center in August 1998. Before joining the MTC, Keith was a Senior Development Engineer with Raytheon Company, Electronic Systems Division, in Bristol, TN. Prior employers include Unisys Corp. and Recognition Equipment Co.
