Description: Overall coordination of staff, other resources, and fiscal management to accomplish the Manufacturing Technology Center's mission and obtain its vision.

Vision: The MTC will be recognized as the technical resource of choice for Southwest Virginia’s business community.

Mission: The Mission of the MTC is to be a technical resource for Southwestern Virginia’s business community to enhance economic growth and vitality, and the quality of life of its citizens.
