A.A.S. Degrees in both Business Management and Computer Information Systems from Wytheville Community College, Wytheville, Virginia.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, Phoenix, Arizona.
Vicki has over 24 years experience with the Commonwealth of Virginia working for both Wytheville Community College and Southwestern Virginia Training Center. She served as the Fiscal Technician Senior at the Training Center and was responsible for supervising the computer operations of its Fiscal Office. Vicki joined the MTC team as Grant Compliance Coordinator in January of 1998. In addition to her financial management duties, she also assumed the role of Coordinator of the Mobile Learning Unit Program from March 2004 to September 2009.
